Millennium Technology Group Orlando offers a full service helpdesk and software support for Desktop solutions including NT workstation, Windows 95, 98, 2000, and XP. Our Software Application Packages are customizable for your property’s size and needs, specializing in Point of Sale (POS), Property Management Systems (PMS), Purchasing, Medical, Security, Engineering, Sales and Catering and data analysis and reporting. Our services include:

• Desktop set-up and configuration
• Email
• Microsoft Office (all versions)
• Internet connectivity including wireless internet configuration
• Software installations and upgrade management

Our helpdesk is available from 8:00am to midnight, 7 days per week with on-call assistance provided from midnight to 8:00am
